Senior Business Analyst (RPA)

We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.

In the context of a digital transformation programme within a European financial institution, you will support project management and testing activities, mainly focusing on the Group Client Portal (GCP), which serves as the main digital interface for clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements for new developments and enhancements of the Group Client Portal (GCP)
• Prepare and maintain test cases and coordinate testing activities (including non-regression testing)
• Support and improve automated processes (e.g. RPA for document generation and data extraction)
• Participate in workshops and meetings with business users to collect needs and improvement ideas
• Produce project documentation (business case, project charter, detailed requirements, test documentation)
• Contribute to user documentation and user guides when required
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams

Technical skills

• Strong experience in Business Analysis and testing in IT projects
• Knowledge of Robot Process Automation (UiPath preferred)
• Good understanding of financial instruments (Loans, Equity, Guarantees)
• Experience with defect tracking and ticketing tools
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Visio, Access)
• Experience with modelling techniques (UML, BPMN or similar)

Profile

• Senior Business Analyst (minimum 7 years of experience expected based on similar roles)
• Fluent in English (French is a strong asset)
• Experience in a financial or European institutional environment is a plus
