• Continually challenge and question cost base with a view to identify opportunities to reduce cost without detriment to service

To provide analytical and reporting support to Commercial Managers

To provide insight around M&G needs and industry / market trends to enable strategy development and identification of commercial opportunities and risks.

• To coordinate and support Commercial Manager  supplier governance
• To support the development and application of Supplier Management best practice
• To manage the cost validation and forecasting cycle including requisitions and purchase orders
• To respond to queries from the wider business for contract information
• To independently  manage smaller project initiatives 
• Assist IT renewals team with software renewals for critical suppliers.
• Support software asset management team with license compliance and managing the SAM tool.
