Responsibilities
You will be part of a dedicated support team of three within a larger platform engineering group, focusing on operational excellence and the evolution of the internal ecosystem. You will report to the platform lead and serve as the primary point of contact for the developer community.
- Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and scalability of the internal development platform.
- Proactively detect bottlenecks and translate technical data into actionable product improvements.
- Deploy and configure new features and services within the platform ecosystem.
- Support and guide development teams in applying DevOps principles and delivery processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform-level incidents and deployment issues.
- Participate in a shared on-call rotation for business-critical platform outages.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of professional experience with Azure .
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining Kubernetes environments.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git , and software development lifecycles.
- Strong analytical skills with an affinity for monitoring and observability tools.
- Proactive and communicative personality with a passion for problem-solving and helping others. Fluent in Dutch.
- A delivery-oriented mindset with the ability to confidently advocate for platform principles.
- Possession of an Azure Administrator Associate certification.
- Affinity with software development and familiarity with the Java Spring stack.
- Willingness to participate in a shared standby rotation.
