Warehouse with driving license St Albans

Newstaff Employment Services is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative with a driving license to join our team in St Albans. This role involves typical warehouse duties supplemented by driving responsibilities within and around the St Albans area. If you have a valid driving license and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, loading, and unloading goods.
• Drive company vehicles safely to deliver or collect goods as required.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and warehouse stock.
• Ensure the warehouse and vehicle are kept clean and organized.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock management.
• Comply with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Valid driving license (UK).
• Previous experience in a warehouse role is preferred.
• Confident driver with a clean driving record.
• Ability to carry out physical work including lifting and moving items.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to follow health and safety procedures.

Competitive hourly rate and opportunities for overtime available.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (half-hour break) – no weekends

£14.00 per hour
