Key Responsibilities

• Monitor digital content and user activities to identify potential violations and safety risks in line with company policies.
• Investigate reported concerns thoroughly, analyzing data to make informed and effective decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement robust safety protocols and policies.
• Prepare detailed reports on safety incidents and trends to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging digital threats and contribute to proactive risk mitigation strategies.
• Engage with users and stakeholders to promote awareness of digital safety best practices.
• Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration and user engagement.
• Familiarity with digital content management systems and online safety tools.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and availability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
