  • Provide trauma-informed, compassionate care

  • Support medical appointments and community activities
  • Transport young people using your own vehicle when required

What We’re Looking For

âś” Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary) âś” A full UK driving licence and access to your own car âś” Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience âś” Flexibility to work waking nights, weekends, and sleep-ins âś” A clear enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

A relevant qualification (such as NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care) is desirable but not essential — we’ll support the right people to grow.

  • ÂŁ17.50ph - ÂŁ24.00ph PAYE Rate (including holiday pay)
