Hygienist
Salary
Job description
Registered Dental Hygienist Wanted: Thinker, Educator, Leader
This is not a “just clean teeth” role.
We are looking for a hygienist who is genuinely passionate about their work and excited to practice at the top of their license in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
At Beavers and Broomfield Family Dentistry, our hygiene team is the backbone of our practice. We are a well-oiled machine — calm, organized, and intentional — and our hygienists are leaders in our office and in our community.
What Hygiene Looks Like Here
In a typical one-hour appointment, our hygienists
•
Review and discuss medications and how they may impact the oral cavity
•
Assess airway, nasal breathing, lip seal, and tongue posture
•
Perform thorough evaluations of teeth and gums to identify potential concerns early
•
Take photos and/or intraoral scans and review findings chairside with patients
•
Communicate clearly and concisely with the doctor in a patient-centric way
•
Transition patients seamlessly to our business admin team, affirming findings, recommended treatment, and appropriate timelines
•
Educate patients while also meeting them where they are with realistic care options
All of this is done in a way that feels fluid and effortless to the patient — leaving them feeling genuinely cared for and confident in their next steps.
Who We’re Looking For
You may be a great fit if you
•
Are passionate about oral health and patient education
•
Enjoy meaningful conversations and building trust with patients
•
Think holistically about health, prevention, and airway
•
Take pride in being thorough and detail-oriented
•
Thrive in a collaborative, respectful team environment
•
Value technology that supports your body and improves patient outcomes
•
Want to work in a practice where hygiene is trusted, respected, and elevated
Why You’ll Love It Here
•
Supportive, organized systems that allow you to focus on patient care
•
Advanced technology and protocols for excellent outcomes and ergonomic longevity
•
A team that values professionalism, warmth, and continual improvement
•
The opportunity to do work that truly matters — every day
If you love hygiene, love learning, and want to feel proud of the care you deliver, we’d love to meet you.
