Position Overview:
You will support the execution of vehicle electronics and software development programs, working across electrical systems, embedded software, and connected technologies from concept through production. In this role, you coordinate engineering activities, track progress against program goals, and ensure alignment across multiple vehicle platforms. You partner with engineering teams, program leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues, manage risks, and maintain execution momentum. This role is a compelling opportunity because you gain broad exposure to vehicle electronics development while directly contributing to program execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate engineering tasks and support execution of vehicle electronics and software deliverables across multiple projects
- Track program scope, requirements, risks, and issues, ensuring alignment with business unit and program objectives
- Apply the Polaris Product Development Process to ensure engineering requirements are documented, tracked, and met
- Support development and maintenance of project schedules, resource plans, and budget estimates
- Ensure electrical and software deliverables remain aligned with platform and feature requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, gather inputs, and maintain program alignment
- Prepare and communicate clear status updates for program leadership and stakeholders
- Support risk identification and mitigation activities throughout the development cycle
- Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team environment

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of engineering or engineering project experience in a related industry
- Background in electronics, embedded software, or system integration preferred
- Experience with project management tools and basic scheduling methods
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer needs
- Travel up to 5–15%, including domestic and international

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $78,000 to $103,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
To qualify for this position, former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing.
