Job description
- Develop, own, and execute the hotel's annual digital marketing strategy, aligned with commercial targets and the property's Ambitious Goals framework.
- Lead digital agency partnerships and optimize paid media investments across Google, Meta, and emerging platforms.
- Drive SEO, GEO, content strategy, and website optimization to maximize visibility across traditional and AI-powered search environments.
- Manage CRM and email marketing programmes to increase guest engagement, loyalty, and guest lifetime value.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance using GA4 and other analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Serve as the guardian of Mövenpick brand standards, ensuring consistency across all marketing communications, visual assets, and guest-facing content.
- Oversee content creation, photography, videography, social media strategy, and creative output to strengthen the property's brand presence and storytelling.
- Lead marketing initiatives for the resort's restaurants, bars, wellness facilities, and spa experiences, driving awareness, revenue, and local market engagement.
- Provide strategic direction for PR, media relations, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations to enhance visibility and reputation.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, and Accor regional teams to align marketing investment with business objectives and direct booking growth.
- Track and report key performance indicators including website traffic, organic growth, ROAS, direct bookings, CRM performance, social engagement, media value, and online reputation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital innovations to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–7 years of marketing experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, wellness, or premium brands, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in digital and performance marketing
- Proven success in delivering campaigns that drive measurable results
- A strong storyteller who understands brand, content, and guest experience
- Commercial mindset with a passion for driving revenue, not just awareness
- Confident communicator, strong leader, and natural collaborator
- Fluent English required; Thai language is essential
