Pay Range: CHF24,000 - CHF70,125
Placement within the salary range will vary depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal equity considerations.

Your Missions
Reporting directly to the Application Development Team Leader – Engineering, you will work on optimizing multiplexed immunoassays for analyzing the tumor microenvironment on tissue samples using in-house developed microfluidic tools.
Test newly developed prototype functionalities. These tests include microfluidic tests, immunostaining tests on tissue samples as well as verification and validation tests.
Design immunofluorescence protocols and execute them to test product features developed by the mechanical and software teams.
Develop and optimize immunostaining assays on histological samples using our company microfluidic platforms.
Contribute to prototypes and products continuous improvement.
Image acquisition and processing, data analysis and reporting of results.
Qualifications
B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in immunoassay optimization.
Experience in microscopy for analysis of histological samples.
Experience in and handling microfluidics devices.
Good knowledge in data analysis and image processing.
Dynamic, enthusiast and organized individual, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
A real team player, you are also comfortable working independently
Fluency in French/English is a must. Any other langue is a strong plus
