Accountabilities
- Design high-performing static B2B ad creatives for platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Display.
- Translate marketing briefs, go-to-market strategies, and messaging frameworks into clear and visually compelling concepts.
- Develop multiple creative variations to support A/B testing of layouts, headlines, visuals, and calls-to-action.
- Adapt designs across multiple formats and platform specifications while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to align creative output with campaign performance goals.
- Contribute to campaign ideation by generating new visual concepts and creative approaches.
- Analyze performance feedback and iterate on designs to improve CTR and conversion outcomes.
- Build and maintain reusable design systems, templates, and creative asset libraries.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, concept development, and production workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B graphic design or performance-driven digital advertising.
- Strong portfolio showcasing static ad creatives for platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, or Google Display.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
- Ability to translate marketing strategy, ICP insights, and messaging into effective visual storytelling.
- Understanding of B2B advertising principles, including hierarchy, attention flow, and CTA optimization.
- Experience working with A/B testing and performance-driven creative iterations.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or ChatGPT for creative workflows.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and time management skills in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates) is a plus.
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or professional services marketing is considered an advantage.
