More about the role
The Head of Group FP&A plays a critical role in financial planning, forecasting, and performance management. In this role you act as a strategic finance partner, working closely with the Group Controller and the Board of Management in the following areas:
Key Areas of Responsibilities
You lead and coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting process, and consolidate the financial submissions from Signify’s businesses and functions
You lead a team of finance professionals that delivers comprehensive management reporting for Signify’s leadership team, and generate actionable insights related to the Signify P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, portfolios and investments
You conduct scenario modeling, sensitivity analyses, and business case evaluation for global investments and strategic initiatives
You own the FP&A agenda for the central FP&A teams supporting businesses and functions, building capabilities and best-in-class global FP&A frameworks
You drive system and tools adoption (ERP, AI, BI), ensuring accuracy and integrity of information stored in our systems and enabling a single source of truth
More about you

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, providing strong foundational knowledge in financial analysis and strategic planning.
6-10 years of Finance experience, with significant exposure to multinational operations and/or complex matrix structures. Corporate Finance experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to senior global stakeholders
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority
Strong analytical capability
