Job Summary

The Associate, Supply Curation supports FreeWheel’s Global Programmatic Operations organization by helping build, maintain, and optimize curated inventory packages for programmatic demand teams. This role focuses on the executional components of supply curation, including organizing inventory, preparing materials for RFP responses, monitoring supply health, and ensuring curated packages meet quality and performance standards.
The Associate works closely with Agency/DSP Demand teams, Sales Marketing, Product, and Supply partners to ensure Sales has accurate, up‑to‑date supply insights and materials. The ideal candidate has foundational knowledge of programmatic advertising, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, usable outputs for internal teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support inventory packaging — Assist in building and updating curated inventory packages aligned to verticals, brand‑safety tiers, and audience needs.
  • Maintain documentation — Help update taxonomy standards, naming conventions, and metadata requirements for supply bundles.
  • Monitor supply health — Track fill rates, win rates, bid density, and discrepancies; flag issues to senior team members.
  • Assist with RFP responses — Prepare site lists, inventory estimates, and supporting materials for programmatic RFPs.
  • Conduct package audits — Review curated packages for accuracy, freshness, and alignment with platform policies.
  • Support forecasting tasks — Contribute to supply availability checks and pricing guidance using established frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams — Work with Demand, Supply Operations, and Product teams to ensure inventory consistency and quality.
  • Assist with enablement materials — Help prepare internal guides, one‑pagers, and updates for Sales and Demand Activation teams.
  • Identify workflow improvements — Surface opportunities for automation, tooling enhancements, or process refinements utilizing AI.
  • Support data and taxonomy tasks — Work with domain lists, app bundles, and log‑level data under guidance from senior team members.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in programmatic operations, digital media, or ad tech (CTV/video experience a plus).
  • Foundational understanding of SSPs, DSPs, and deal types (PMP, PG, curated marketplaces).
  • Experience working with inventory data, domain lists, or taxonomies is helpful but not required.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive in managing tasks and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation

Primary Location Pay Range: $71,910.72 - $107,866.08

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
