POSITION OVERVIEW
The Processing Specialist I provides transactional and administrative support to the Customer Service/Product Support function. This role is responsible for routine customer communications, order entry, warranty processing, and accurate data management while following established procedures.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and text messaging using established scripts, tools, and procedures.
Collect required customer and order information and accurately create and update cases within the support ticketing system.
Enter and process warranty and non‑warranty orders in accordance with documented procedures.
Set up and process warranty exchanges under defined guidelines.
Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to resolve basic shipping issues and order discrepancies.
Assist customers with website sales inquiries and guided transaction support.
Participate in departmental projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.

WHAT TO BRING
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
1+ years of customer service or administrative support experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Demands: Must be able to sit or remain stationary for extended periods of time.
- Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM Eastern
