Buying Assistant Private Label (all genders)

• Support the Shoes & Accessories buying team by creating, verifying, issuing, and tracking Purchase Orders, while monitoring production timelines and proactively identifying potential delivery risks
• Create and maintain accurate product data, specifications, pricing, and supplier information within internal systems
• Manage the complete product sample process, including shipment tracking, sample handling, photography, digital asset management, and maintaining an organized sample room and image library
• Act as the primary point of contact for private label suppliers, coordinating product development updates, lead times, fit comments, and general communication
• Organize and participate to assist the buyer in supplier meetings, collection presentations, fit sessions, and product selection appointments, documenting decisions and ensuring clear follow-up actions
   

• Degree in Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Initial experience in business administration or supporting buying teams, ideally in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment
• Strong Excel skills and confidence in analyzing sales and stock data
• Good organizational and administrative skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities
• Passion for fashion and e-commerce (Shoes & Accessories), with a keen eye for trends, materials, and silhouettes
• Self-driven, structured, and able to work independently
• Fluent English skills
