About our Inventory Team
The Inventory team at Kiwi.com is responsible for ensuring that our users find the search results they are looking for, at the right price by acquiring comprehensive, accurate, and competitive flight content. Our Inventory analytics and experimentation team focuses on delivering insights and identifying new opportunities for improvement through leveraging market, trading and internal performance data.
What you will do
- Own the fix for missed opportunities by taking the lead to identify gaps and bringing together lean, cross-functional teams to build lasting, effective solutions.
- By diving into key performance indicators (KPIs), you will uncover insights that help shape smart business decisions, balancing performance, cost, and revenue growth.
- Design intuitive and visually engaging self-service dashboards, turning complex datasets into accessible, actionable tools for our stakeholders.
- Your expertise will bring business cases to life, helping to assess the impact of product innovations and partnerships through clear ROI calculations.
- You will champion efficiency by streamlining and automating data processes, ensuring your team can focus on what truly matters.
- You will work in an AI-native environment, using AI agents independently to accelerate analysis, automate workflows and improve decision-making, while also collaborating with teams to design and build agent-based solutions.
What you will need
- Your previous significant experience in a business analytics role, with a proven track record of turning data into rapid, impactful business decisions.
- Your demonstrated ability to manipulate large datasets, solve complex challenges, and uncover the root causes behind the numbers by deeply understanding business and product dynamics.
- A knack for data visualization, using tools like Looker, Tableau, or Qlik to build clarity and bring insights to life for diverse audiences.
- Your hands-on experience with SQL and Google Cloud tools, leveraging modern data infrastructure to make data work seamlessly for your team.
- Your ability to work confidently with AI agents, using them to improve your own productivity, challenge your thinking and scale analytical work – while also collaborating with technical and business teams to shape practical agent-based solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for a variety of audiences.
- Previous experience in aviation or travel tech is a plus, but your curiosity, technical confidence and hunger for solving complex problems matter most
