Pay: Starting at $23.50 per hour Join the Window Nation Team Window Nation is one of America's leading home improvement companies, helping homeowners transform their homes with industry-leading products and exceptional service. We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and solutions-focused Ordering Processor to join our Operations team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring customer projects move efficiently from sale to order approval. You'll work closely with vendors, sales teams, installation partners, and internal departments to review project details, resolve discrepancies, maintain profitability, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience. What You'll Do

• Review vendor quotes and compare them against sales contracts, measurements, and project specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies between contracts, measurements, and vendor pricing and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Communicate with vendors regarding labor charges, pricing variances, and items that fall outside established pricing structures.
• Partner with sales representatives to clarify contract details and resolve issues identified during the measurement process.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, installation partners, and sales teams across multiple markets.
• Monitor project profitability and ensure orders align with established gross profit expectations.
• Clearly communicate issues, required actions, and resolutions to all stakeholders.
• Utilize reports and tracking tools to monitor project status and maintain targeted lead times.
• Follow daily workflows to identify delayed projects and proactively address issues preventing order approval.
• Collaborate with administrative teams to ensure all required paperwork, contracts, documentation, and payments have been received and processed.
• Verify that all change orders are accurately processed and reflected in project documentation.
• Confirm all required customer and project documentation is complete before approving orders.
• Help drive operational excellence and contribute to a positive customer experience throughout the order process.

What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Project coordination
• Procurement or purchasing
• Quoting and estimating
• Banking or financial operations
• Contract administration
• Order management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review complex information accurately.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience tracking project timelines, lead times, or operational workflows.
• Experience working with vendors, manufacturers, installers, or supplier management programs.
• Experience reviewing sales contracts, processing orders, or managing purchasing activities.
• Experience coordinating measurements, scheduling, or administrative processing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills and a customer-focused mindset.
