Job description
ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Cloud Team Leader (Managed Services) to join our Cloud Center of Excellence.
In this hybrid technical and leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Cloud Managed Services team, ensuring reliability, performance, and continuous improvement across cloud environments. You’ll combine strategic vision with hands-on expertise to guide your team and deliver high-quality cloud services to our clients.
THE WORK:
- Lead the Cloud Managed Services team, managing daily operations including incident, problem, and change management.
- Oversee cloud architecture to ensure availability, scalability, and security across platforms.
- Act as a mentor and technical reference for team members — supporting both technical execution and professional growth.
- Drive automation and optimization initiatives using Terraform, Ansible, and Python.
- Define and maintain the Managed Services Quality Plan, continuously improving workflows (e.g., Jira SDM).
- Monitor KPIs and service health, providing actionable reports and recommendations to management.
- Manage team capacity, budget planning, and on-call schedules.
- Shape the mid- and long-term Cloud MSP strategy as Product Owner, staying ahead of emerging trends.
- Develop and maintain internal and external technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 5–10 years of experience in Cloud Operations, Managed Services, or a technical leadership role.
- Proven expertise in cloud architecture and operations (AWS and Azure).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and Python.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab).
- Knowledge of cloud security, networking, and cost optimization.
- ITIL certification (mandatory).
- At least one cloud certification (AWS or Azure).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
- Proactive mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience managing hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
- Familiarity with Datadog or other observability tools.
- Background in service delivery management or product ownership.
