Job description

  • Prepare the tender documentation file, coordinate updates and inputs from all relevant departments, and take full ownership of the timely submission of the tender package for each respective tender.
  • Lead the compilation and submission of technical and administrative tender packages, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with engineering, commercial, HSE, quality, finance, legal, and document control teams to consolidate required inputs.
  • Ensure full compliance with client instructions, tender specifications, and internal quality standards.
  • Prepare and review administrative documentation, including eligibility documents, corporate registrations, financial statements, and declarations.
  • Support the development of technical proposals, method statements, company profiles, experience records, and compliance matrices.
  • Verify alignment between technical, commercial, and administrative components prior to submission.
  • In coordination with the Document Controller maintain an organized, traceable, and auditable archive of all tender documentation and correspondence.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
  • 4 - 5 years’ experience in tendering, bidding, or project administration, preferably in construction or engineering sectors.
  • Strong knowledge in MS Excel, Word
  • Excellent written communication skills in English

  • Has proven ability to manage multiple tenders and tight deadlines simultaneously.
  • Is professional, discreet, and able to work with multidisciplinary teams.
