Job Description
What You'll Do
As an Electrician, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on electrical, instrumentation, control, and automation systems within pumping stations to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform maintenance and repair activities on pumps, motors, MCCs, control panels, instrumentation, and automation systems.
- Overhaul, repair, replace, and test electrical and instrumentation components.
- Conduct infrared thermographic inspections of electrical panels, MCCs, VFDs, and associated equipment.
- Install, wire, test, and commission electrical and control system components.
- Troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation, automation, and control system faults.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and availability.
- Inspect, clean, and maintain field instruments, sensors, transmitters, actuators, and control valves.
- Support calibration, functional testing, and verification of instrumentation devices.
- Assist with PLC, SCADA, RTU, VFD, and control panel maintenance activities.
- Read and interpret single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, loop drawings, and P&IDs.
- Maintain housekeeping standards within electrical rooms, MCC rooms, control rooms, and field installations.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with HSE procedures and company standards.
Mechanic – O&M
Job Description
What You'll Do
As a Mechanic, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on pumping station equipment to ensure operational reliability and availability of mechanical systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform maintenance activities on pumps, valves, relief valves, surge vessels, OCUs, coarse screens, diesel generators, and diesel pumps.
- Carry out equipment inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and overhauls.
- Dismantle, repair, replace, and reassemble mechanical components and equipment.
- Install, align, and commission pumps, motors, gearboxes, and associated equipment.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance activities and equipment servicing.
- Conduct diagnostics and identify mechanical faults and equipment deficiencies.
- Maintain diesel engines, including filter replacement, oil changes, and troubleshooting activities.
- Lubricate machinery and replenish oils, fluids, and gearbox consumables as required.
- Support tank cleaning activities following approved risk assessments and safety procedures.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and maintenance documentation.
- Maintain housekeeping standards within pumping stations and maintenance areas.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company procedures.
Mechanic:
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Vocational or Trade School certification in Mechanical Maintenance is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar mechanical maintenance role.
- Knowledge of mechanical maintenance tools, equipment, and techniques.
- Experience working with pumps, motors, valves, and rotating equipment.
- Basic understanding of plant safety requirements and safe work practices.
- Ability to read and understand maintenance instructions and technical drawings.
- UAE Driving License is preferred.
Electrician:
What You Bring
- High School Diploma, Technical Certificate, or equivalent qualification.
- Vocational or Trade School certification in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Automation disciplines is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar electrical maintenance role.
- Good knowledge of electrical maintenance tools, equipment, and techniques.
- Familiarity with instrumentation and industrial control systems.
- Basic understanding of HSE requirements and safe work practices.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings.
- UAE Driving License is preferred.
