The Opportunity:
Support the ACC/A6 government program by executing and overseeing daily facility operations across a five-building campus. This is a hands-on, working supervisor role responsible for performing maintenance tasks, coordinating escort requirements, and ensuring overall facility readiness within an SCI environment. The position requires active participation in day-to-day work alongside Assistant Facility Managers while maintaining accountability for task execution and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Serve as primary task-level point of contact for the Government Program Lead (GPL).
Lead by example as a working supervisor, performing Tier-1 maintenance alongside team members.
Supervise and coordinate Assistant Facility Managers to meet daily facility and escort requirements.
Perform hands-on maintenance tasks (basic repairs, light replacement, furniture movement, minor fixes).
Identify and escalate Tier-2+ maintenance issues; prepare work orders and supply requests for GPL approval.
Coordinate and execute escort duties for uncleared contractors in accordance with SCI requirements.
Ensure continuous compliance with OSHA safety standards and safe work practices.
Maintain facility appearance, functionality, and operational readiness across all buildings.
Conduct routine inspections and correct deficiencies in real time where possible.
Maintain training records and ensure team members are properly trained on required tasks and procedures.
Support operational needs such as weather mitigation (ice treatment), event setup, and VIP accommodations.
Ensure building exteriors, entryways, and immediate grounds are clean, safe, and free of hazards.
Perform other facility-related duties as required.
Qualifications:
Required:
Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
3+ years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or operations, including hands-on work.
1+ year of experience leading or coordinating small teams in a working environment.
1+ year of experience working within an SCI facility.
Strong understanding of SCI escort procedures and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated ability to perform basic maintenance tasks and use common tools safely.
Working knowledge of OSHA safety practices.
Ability to balance hands-on work with task coordination and reporting responsibilities.
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 3+ years related work experience.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$67,800 - 142,200 USD
