Role overview

We are seeking a Creative Campaign Strategist who understands the sophisticated language of institutional finance, enterprise tech, and complex systems. This is a Campaign Lead and Project Manager role, you are the architect who defines the blueprint, taking full ownership of the campaign lifecycle from ideation to execution. You are not a content creator or a public authority voice. Instead, you are a strategic operator who leverages AI tools to accelerate research, automate processes, and drive campaign momentum. You know how to structure complex B2B marketing initiatives, ensuring all moving parts align to deliver high-impact results for a tier-1 audience.

The creative mandate

  • You will move beyond standard templates to design bespoke, high-impact campaigns that capture the imagination of sophisticated audiences across TradFi and DeFi.
  • Your primary mandate is to translate complex technical concepts into disruptive angles that resonate externally and to manage the process of bringing those angles to life.
  • You will act as the gatekeeper of quality and the engine of execution.
  • You will define what great looks like, providing clear, insightful, creative direction that empowers our production teams.
  • You will also be responsible for elevating our campaign workflows, using the latest AI tools to speed up research, streamline project management, and ensure efficient delivery.

Core responsibilities

Develop end-to-end campaign blueprints, including audience segmentation, cross-channel journeys, and partnership activations.

Continuously analyse the industry and competitive landscape, proactively identifying campaign opportunities based on market gaps, heavily utilizing AI tools to accelerate this research.

Ensure all creative concepts are grounded in a strong understanding of financial mechanics and the broader fintech ecosystem.

Anchor creativity in data by defining KPIs and owning the measurable success of strategic initiatives.

Lead the transition to channel-based communication, ensuring clear and structured creative briefs that improve team alignment.

Manage the campaign lifecycle daily, adapting strategies to regional nuances and motivating the team toward performance goals.

Requirements & experience

We require 4–6 years of experience as a Campaign Strategist, Campaign Lead, or Marketing Project Manager in fast-paced fintech, enterprise software, or institutional finance environments.

Requirements

Proven ability to manage complex B2B marketing campaigns from end to end.

Strong understanding of traditional financial systems and enterprise technical infrastructure.

High proficiency with modern AI tools and a demonstrated ability to leverage them for research, workflow automation, and process optimization.

Proven track record of unconventional and successful campaigns that broke through market noise in finance or technology sectors.

Experience working with and inspiring international teams in a distributed environment.

Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.

Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative, ownership, and accountability.

Ability to quickly understand and master complex technical and financial concepts.

Deep crypto experience is not required. We view this primarily as a strategic project management role. Prior Web3 knowledge is a strong advantage but not a prerequisite.

A strong recommendation letter from previous roles is a plus.

What this role is not

This is not a content creation role, nor is it a public-facing authority position. You will not be writing daily blog posts or acting as the voice of the brand on social media.

This is a mid-level strategic and operational role. Your value lies in strategy, project management, briefing, and end-to-end campaign ownership.

You are expected to proactively identify trends, define what comes next, and manage the execution flawlessly.

Scope of work

This role is defined by ownership of strategy and project management, focusing on creative campaign planning, workflow optimization, and strategic direction over tactical execution. The position centers on developing clear, structured creative briefs and narrative frameworks that enable production teams to execute effectively.

Maintaining communication standards and campaign-specific workflows will be critical to improving cross-functional efficiency, with AI playing an important role in streamlining processes. Working closely with CMO, the Brand & Communication Lead, and the wider marketing team, you will help ensure creative direction remains aligned with key technical milestones.
