WHAT YOU BRING
•
Proven experience (2+ years) in digital planning, media planning, or a related role within an advertising agency or digital marketing agency.
•
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and trends.
•
Experience in developing and executing digital media plans across various channels, such as display, search, social media, programmatic, and video.
•
Proficiency in using digital advertising tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Display & Video 360, and programmatic DSPs.
•
Experience in analyzing campaign data and performance metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize campaigns.
•
Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging digital marketing trends, and new technologies.
•
Fluent English (B2+)

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS
•
Screening Interview (45 minutes) – Initial conversation with a recruiter.
•
Test Assignment (2 days) – Complete a task to showcase your skills.
•
Final Interview (Up to 60 minutes) – Meet with the Team Lead of the Planning department for an in-depth discussion, including a presentation of your test assignment.
•
Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
