Job description
We are looking for an experienced operations professional who can help us build structure, improve internal processes, coordinate a small administrative team, and solve operational challenges as our organization continues to grow.
This is a hands-on, office-based role focused on process improvement, team coordination, operational ownership, and supporting the transition into our new Belgrade office.
Responsibilities
•
Lead and coordinate a small administration team (three administrative operations managers, three executive assistants to C-suite leadership).
•
Distribute workload, set priorities, and help the team stay organized.
•
Review existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
•
Create structure, documentation, and clear ways of working.
•
Support office operations and workplace-related projects.
•
Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
•
Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and leadership teams on operational matters.
•
Help improve onboarding, offboarding, travel, equipment, and administrative processes.
•
Introduce automation and efficiency improvements where appropriate.
•
Support the growth and development of the administration function.
