We are seeking a Senior Developer to become a key part of our Data & Reporting Developers Team within the Data & Architecture Office (DAO) . This team is responsible for delivering top-quality data insights, building and maintaining data repositories, and ensuring alignment with organizational standards.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver end-to-end data projects, including developing performance KPIs and data models from multiple data sources.
• Perform data discovery, cleaning, transformation, metrics calculation, aggregation, and validation.
• Carry out data matching and linking across datasets.
• Ensure secure data transfer from source to target systems.
• Provide advanced reporting solutions leveraging Google Cloud and/or Microsoft SQL Server .
• Develop using Python , T-SQL , and related technologies.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify process logic.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and eliminate blockers.
• Prepare documentation such as roadmaps and process descriptions.
• Facilitate project discussions and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.

Who we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in data-related roles (SQL development, data analysis, engineering, architecture, or management).
• Expert knowledge of SQL programming and relational database systems.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Data Studio) is a plus.
• Understanding of ETL and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience in business reporting and dashboard design.
• Python knowledge is an advantage.E
• xcellent verbal and written communication skills in English .
• Positive, proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
