Junior/Mid Power BI Data Analyst for the Data Solutions Unit

We are looking for a Power BI Data Analyst to join our Data Solutions Unit . Our team delivers data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions for clients across various industries, helping them make better data-driven decisions.

In this role, you will design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports, build data models, integrate data from various sources, and work with modern technologies such as Microsoft Fabric. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to transform business needs into clear, actionable insights. What you will do

• Design, create, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.
• Work with data from various sources and develop robust data models to e nsure ac curate and efficient reporting .
• Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance, ensuring fast load times and efficient data processing.
• Work in a modern Microsoft Fabric environment with established CI/CD processes and deployment automation.
• Provide training and support to end-users, helping them effectively use Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry best practices and propose improvements to current reporting processes and tools.

What we expect from you

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Power BI development.
• Practical experience in SQL and Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Understanding of dimensional modeling principles (Star Schema, Fact and Dimension tables) .
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or o ther mo dern cloud-based data platforms .
• Experience with R, Python is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team .
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English (at least B2 level, both written and spoken).
