Accredited Financial Investigator

We are seeking an exceptional, experienced and committed individual to join us as an Accredited Financial Investigator to join the Council's Counter Fraud Investigation Team. This role is a unique and interesting opportunity to be a key member of the Counter Fraud Team to tackle fraud committed against the Authority and the wider public sector ensuring that public money is safeguarded. You will have experience within investigation of criminality within a Local Authority setting with demonstrable success of applying innovation and best practice to crime problems. The service is a 24/7 function, and you will be expected to work unsociable hours where necessary, to achieve our objectives.
