Your New Role
•
Lead daily office management and administrative operations in Horn Lake, Mississippi
•
HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee documentation, and coordination
•
Benefit coordination, enrollments, and employee communication
•
Provide accounts payable and accounts receivable oversight with a working understanding of processes and documentation
•
Coordinate schedules, communication, and workflow between field teams and leadership
•
Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency
•
Maintain accurate records, files, and compliance documentation
•
Support project managers with reporting, coordination, and administrative tasks
•
Oversee general administrative functions to ensure efficiency across departments
•
Annual licensure renewals, certifications, and annual reporting
•
DOT compliance for all commercial drivers
•
Fleet tracking and monitoring
•
Apprenticeship administration
•
Workers’ compensation injury investigations, documentation, and reporting
•
Motor vehicle accident investigations, documentation, and reporting
•
Drug and alcohol monitoring and compliance
•
Renewals of group benefits, commercial liability, auto, and umbrella coverages
