We are partnering with an innovative HR Tech company redefining recruitment in the SSC/BPO space. Their next-generation crowdstaffing platform connects employers, independent headhunters, and candidates in one seamless digital ecosystem - and they're now expanding into Romania. We are looking for a Senior Sales & Recruitment Consultant to lead that growth.

About the role
You'll be joining an international, English-speaking team in a remote-first setup , transitioning into a flexible hybrid model as the Romanian business scales. Your focus is Romania's booming SSC/BPO market - and your toolkit is genuinely cutting-edge.
Your responsibilities
Business Development
- Proactively identify and acquire new clients in the SSC/BPO, Shared Services, and GBS sectors across Romania
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR leaders and senior business stakeholders
- Lead commercial conversations, present the platform's value proposition, and negotiate partnership terms
- Prepare proposals and contracts; own individual revenue targets
- Continuously develop your market presence and client portfolio
Project Ownership & Delivery
- Act as the strategic point of contact for clients throughout the recruitment process
- Brief, coordinate, and quality-control a network of independent headhunters working through the platform
- Oversee project timelines, candidate pipelines, and delivery standards
- Advise clients on market intelligence, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies
- Ensure an exceptional client and candidate experience at every touchpoint
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment , ideally gained within a recruitment agency operating in Romania - you need to understand how this type of service is sold and delivered
- Strong knowledge of the Romanian SSC/BPO, Shared Services, or GBS market
- Proven ability to develop new business and manage client relationships independently
- Curiosity and comfort with digital-first, platform-based ways of working - this is an HR Tech environment, not a traditional agency
- Experience across multilingual, finance, customer operations, HR, and managerial hiring profiles
- Excellent communication, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills
- English at C1 level or above (primary working language)
- Business-level Romanian is required
