WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a E-Commerce Lead, you play a key role in driving digital commercial growth by planning and executing daily product exposure on .com and the app. In close collaboration with E-com, Experience, and Customer Activation teams, you will leverage your e-commerce background and online merchandising expertise to ensure the offer is relevant, visible, and aligned with commercial priorities. Your focus will be on optimizing the end‑to‑end digital shopping journey and using customer behavior insights to drive strong commercial results.
Your main responsibilities:
Product Exposure Analysis & Execution
Publish inspiring content on .com and the app according to the QCP and in strict alignment with the Marketing calendar.
Manage day-to-day execution of product exposure and optimize product ranking, including the implementation of deals and discount activities.
Make ad-hoc adjustments to digital merchandising based on real-time data to secure optimal commercial performance.
Use data‑driven insights to continuously optimize navigation, exposure tactics, deals, and ranking for ongoing commercial improvement.
Optimize internal search functions (e.g., adding synonyms and improving search relevancy) to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Collaboration & Alignment
Partner closely with Commercial Leads to receive input on campaigns, activations, and product strategies, ensuring ranking aligns with the commercial plan per customer group.
Collaborate with E-com Leads to integrate site plan actions, ensuring a seamless, consistent, and premium end-to-end digital journey across all customer groups.
Work cross-functionally with E-com, Experience, and Customer Activation teams to align daily actions, share valuable customer insights, and strengthen overall digital performance.
Act as a role model for company values, fostering a growth mindset and people engagement to contribute to H&M's business success.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
Relevant education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
2+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably within the fashion retail industry.
Proven track record of working with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and analytical tools.
Commercial & UX expertise: Strong knowledge of online merchandising, user experience (UX) principles, and site optimization.
Analytical capabilities: Strong ability to translate digital data and customer behavior insights into actionable exposure tactics.
