Job description

  • Understand RFQs and project specifications to prepare accurate and timely quotations specifically for electric, Pneumatic actuators with control panel accessories and associated spares.
  • Prioritize and handle urgent or quick quotation requests efficiently, ensuring minimal turnaround time.
  • Provide technical support and address queries from internal teams and external customers related to electric, Pneumatic actuator selection, configuration, and applications.
  • Review customer requirements to ensure correct sizing, compatibility, and compliance of electric, Pneumatic actuator solutions.
  • Coordinate with contracts, engineering, and service teams for technical clarifications and order execution support.
  • Respond promptly to customer communications (emails and calls) with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Maintain high attention to detail to ensure error-free and competitive quotations aligned with customer specifications.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by delivering reliable technical support and timely commercial responses.
  • BE/B. Tech candidates (EEE/E&I/Mechanical/Chemical/Instrumentation).
  • 2 - 4 years’ experience in quotation preparation/sales support/inside sales/any other customer support
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft excel and Outlook.
  • Must be able to communicate in English fluently. Hindi is an advantage.
  • Preferable if the candidate has handled valve/actuator/instruments/controls systems/GEM portal tenders/any other electrical and Pneumatic products.
