Job description
Main responsibilities:
Design the organization and manage the production of one team across a multi-activity scope, on one or more sites.
Ensure the achievement of production targets and the financial objectives of the contract.
Lead and communicate the company’s HR policy.
Optimize and develop the client relationship in a proactive approach focused on continuous service quality improvement.
Lead projects and manage transitions.
Activities:
Define needs and organize the resources of the production setup.
Manage the projects linked to the life cycle of the contract and monitor margin levels.
Analyze the operational and financial statistics of client accounts within the assigned scope.
Build action plans and deploy them in coordination with the DM(s).
Develop continuous service improvement initiatives.
Build improvement plans and actively contribute to change management.
Manage the client relationship and contribute to business growth within the assigned scope.
Supervise and support employees in achieving their objectives.
- Technical and organizational knowledge of production environments.
Project management and change management techniques.
Strong command of remote management and people management techniques.
Excellent written communication skills.
French & English (Dutch is a big plus)
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field and/or at least 2 years of experience in a confirmed position.
