Job description

Main responsibilities:

  • Design the organization and manage the production of one team across a multi-activity scope, on one or more sites.

  • Ensure the achievement of production targets and the financial objectives of the contract.

  • Lead and communicate the company’s HR policy.

  • Optimize and develop the client relationship in a proactive approach focused on continuous service quality improvement.

  • Lead projects and manage transitions.

Activities:

  • Define needs and organize the resources of the production setup.

  • Manage the projects linked to the life cycle of the contract and monitor margin levels.

  • Analyze the operational and financial statistics of client accounts within the assigned scope.

  • Build action plans and deploy them in coordination with the DM(s).

  • Develop continuous service improvement initiatives.

  • Build improvement plans and actively contribute to change management.

  • Manage the client relationship and contribute to business growth within the assigned scope.

  • Supervise and support employees in achieving their objectives.

  • Technical and organizational knowledge of production environments.
  • Project management and change management techniques.

  • Strong command of remote management and people management techniques.

  • Excellent written communication skills.

  • French & English (Dutch is a big plus)

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field and/or at least 2 years of experience in a confirmed  position.
