Job description

Key Responsibilities

HRIS & HR Analytics

  • Own the global HRIS roadmap and governance, ensuring the HRIS is configured, maintained, and continuously optimized as QIMA's system of record for all People data.
  • Ensure data integrity processes are properly setup and strictly followed, to enable automation of data-based processes with AI Agents. Build HR data reporting capabilities to feed People analytics for the CPO and executive team.

Global Payroll & Rewards

  • Consolidate, structure and oversee end-to-end payroll operations across 20–30 countries and approximately 60 legal entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all jurisdictions, with a view to produce accurate payroll cost reporting, headcount analytics, and workforce cost modelling with Finance.
  • Build and scale a Payroll Shared Services function, defining processes, controls, and team structure to support QIMA's growth.
  • Own the annual performance and salary review cycle: design methodology, calibrate market data, advise HR Business Partners and business leaders, and manage the system module.

Team & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and grow a direct reporting team currently of 2–3 (Analyst, HRIS Dev, Payroll specialist), with a roadmap to build and scale Shared Services teams.
  • Act as the primary interface between HR and Finance on all workforce cost and compensation topics.
  • Be the contact point for all HR Business Partners, and more generally business stakeholders, to ensure playbooks and processes are applied consistently and competitively across all regions.

Experience & Background

  • About 5-10 years of experience spanning at least two of the three domains: HRIS, Global Payroll, and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar enterprise HRIS.
  • Proven track record managing multi-country HR processes in a complex, multi-entity international environment.
  • Experience designing or running a global annual compensation review cycle and job architecture framework.
  • Experience building or scaling a Shared Services function is a strong plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and data skills; comfortable with HR data modelling, reporting, and working with Snowflake/BI tools. Proven experience embedding AI tools and automation.
  • Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset; able to design scalable, audit-proof processes in a decentralized environment.
  • Commercially minded; able to frame Total Rewards decisions in the context of business performance and talent competitiveness.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
  • Rigorous, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities across three distinct domains simultaneously.
