Job Title: AI Adoption Analyst (Student Worker)
Department: Blank School for Entrepreneurial Leadership
Supervisor: Associate Director of Strategic Programs & Growth
Employment Type: Babson Student Worker (On-Campus)
Location: Wellesley, MA; on campus with hybrid flexibility as needed
Estimated Hours: 8-12 hours per week
Semester Dates: Summer 2026 (June – August 2026)
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Position Summary
The Blank School for Entrepreneurial Leadership is seeking a curious, reliable, and creative Babson student to help our team explore practical uses of AI in day-to-day work. This student worker role offers the opportunity to contribute to real projects involving research, training support, workflow improvement, and resource development. The student in this role will help translate emerging AI tools into clear, useful, and responsible applications that support communications, operations, program delivery, and team effectiveness. This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in AI, innovation, entrepreneurship, operations, or digital transformation who wants hands-on experience in a collaborative higher education environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support planning and delivery of AI learning activities, workshops, and follow-up resources for Blank School staff.
- Organize surveys, intake materials, and summary findings to help identify workflow needs and opportunities for AI adoption.
- Research practical and responsible use cases for AI across administrative, communications, and program operations work.
- Draft guides, playbooks, slide content, and other training materials that make complex ideas easy to understand and apply.
- Help test prompts, tools, and lightweight workflow examples using approved platforms.
- Prepare concise summaries, recommendations, and presentation materials based on survey results, workshop feedback, and project learnings.
- Maintain organized project materials and communicate clearly with supervisors about progress, deadlines, and next steps.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current Babson student in good academic standing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Interest in AI, innovation, entrepreneurship, operations, or digital tools.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- Comfort learning new technologies and explaining them clearly to others.
- Experience with research, survey design, presentation development, or process improvement is a plus but not required.
