Utilization Reviewer (RN)- Full Time Days 8 AM - 4 PM, Atlantic Health Newton/Hackettstown/Chilton Medical Center

Join Atlantic Health System as an Emergency Department Utilization Review Nurse and play a critical role in ensuring patients receive the appropriate level of care while supporting efficient patient flow throughout the hospital. In this collaborative position, you will work closely with Emergency Department physicians, hospitalists, physician advisors, and care management teams to perform real-time medical necessity reviews, determine appropriate patient status, and promote compliance with CMS and payer guidelines.
