- Gather clinical information during intake and use it to guide treatment direction
- Help clients understand patterns that may be affecting relationships, communication, and emotional wellbeing
- Create clear treatment plans with measurable goals and appropriate interventions

- Refer clients to additional services when their needs fall outside the scope of telehealth care
- Maintain a professional remote setup for consistent, private client sessions
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field
- Active and unrestricted LMFT license in North Carolina
- Previous experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
- Comfortable delivering care through telehealth and using electronic health records
- Strong understanding of family systems, relational therapy, and treatment planning
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries, organized documentation, and reliable communication
- Must have a private workspace suitable for confidential virtual sessions
- $115,000–$120,000 annual salary
- Full-time remote position
- 2 weeks PTO
- Health Insurance
- 401K Plan with 3% Company Match
- Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Supportive clinical and administrative structure
- Stable caseload and long-term career opportunity
Qualified North Carolina LMFTs who are looking for a professional telehealth role are encouraged to submit their resume for consideration.
