This role is ideal for Dutch-speaking individuals passionate about providing top-notch customer service in the energy sector. As a Customer Agent, you will assist Luminus’ Dutch-speaking customers by handling inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support in Dutch through phone, email, and chat channels while working remotely.
• Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, service requests, and technical support.
• Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
