What will you be doing as Graduate Recruitment Consultant / Graduate Recruiter?

• Building strong relationships with prestigious companies and engaging with Tech or Gaming professionals
• Other businesses might talk about being “consultative” and “no cold calling” but we are genuine when we say it.
• Immersing yourself in the Gaming or Tech industry in the Nordics including regular business trips
• Interviewing and making job offers to Tech or Gaming professionals
• Working in a high-performance, sales environment

In return, we offer an amazing benefits package to our Graduate Recruiters / Graduate Recruitment Consultants which includes:

• £26, 500 basic salary with 35% commission
• 1st Year total earnings £30k to £40k
• 2nd Year total earnings £40k to £70k
• 3rd Year total earnings £70k to £100k
