This role is designed for individuals looking to kickstart their engineering career, gain hands-on experience, and develop technical skills within a supportive environment.

The successful candidate will work alongside experienced engineers, assisting in various engineering projects, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks, while receiving ongoing training and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of engineering solutions.
• Support senior engineers in daily operations and project tasks.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of equipment and systems.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Learn and apply health and safety standards within engineering activities.
• Participate in training sessions and development programs to improve technical skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) or equivalent qualification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of CAD software is a plus.
• Valid UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
