Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support in Danish regarding delivery service inquiries.
- Assist customers with order tracking, delivery issues, payment inquiries, and service information.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and provide accurate information in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of delivery issues.
- Exceptional command of the Danish language (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A minimum English fluency of B2 is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in delivery or logistics services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural and working experience.
