Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Summary

A PT-owned outpatient orthopedic clinic in Boca Raton, FL is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to help deliver practical, goal-based therapy services. In this position, you will work with patients as they complete treatment activities designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, and daily function.

This is a full-time opportunity with schedule flexibility, strong benefits, and a patient volume of 2 patients per hour .

Job Details

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience Schedule: 4-day schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office Patient Volume: 1–2 patients per hour Clinic: PT-owned Benefits: Full benefits included

Responsibilities

  • Follow treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist
  • Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional tasks
  • Provide instruction on movement, posture, and exercise technique
  • Observe patient response and communicate updates to the PT
  • Help progress patients through treatment activities as appropriate
  • Keep treatment spaces clean, prepared, and safe
  • Complete treatment documentation in a timely manner
  • Encourage patient participation and consistency during sessions
  • Florida PTA License required
  • PTA Degree required
  • Outpatient experience preferred
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
