The Impact You’ll Make
This is a full-lifecycle SE role: you'll be the primary technical voice for mid-market clients across the USA and Latin America. You'll work across both the Incode and MetaMap identity verification platforms, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver integrations that actually ship.
What makes this role unique: you won't hand off clients after the sale. You own the relationship end-to-end — which means more context, deeper partnerships, and a direct line between the work you do and the impact you see.
What You’ll Own & Drive
Pre-Sales
- Lead technical discovery sessions and deliver product demos for prospective mid-market clients.
- Scope and run POCs, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and validate technical fit early in the sales cycle.
Onboarding & Implementation
- Guide clients through SDK and API integrations end-to-end, from kickoff to go-live.
- Coordinate with Engineering on escalations and own delivery milestones throughout the implementation.
Post-Sales & Account Health
- Act as the ongoing technical point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities and resolve issues before they escalate.

Your Background
Required
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager role at a SaaS company.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and backend integration patterns.
- Familiarity with web technologies and web SDK integrations.
- Familiarity with mobile technologies and mobile SDK integrations (iOS / Android).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and professional-level English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously with high organization and follow-through.
- Comfortable working fully remote with distributed teams across time zones.
Nice to Have
- Experience with identity verification, KYC, AML, or fraud prevention solutions.
- Familiarity with MetaMap or Incode platforms.
- Track record of using AI tools to improve personal and team productivity.
- Experience with tools like Notion, Slack, and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
