Exciting position at GF BFS Latvia

We are in a fantastic  development with a number of  new solutions that  have gained a lot of market attention. GFBFS Latvia is therefore looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support customers in the country.

Your primary tasks

1 Order processing

• Returns processing
• Active order acquisition (e.g. to achieve the freight-free limit)
• Forwarding of shipping information (wrong delivery, inventory times, etc.)
• Management of outstanding order lines (order monitoring)
• Customer care
• Processing of backlogged items (delivery reminders etc.)
• Creation of goods-related credit notes
• Clarification of payment differences
• Claims processing (e.g. over-/underdeliveries, damage, pickups, etc.)
• Processing depreciations
• Orders archiving
• Shipping coordination (fixed dates, truck orders, parcel service)
• Unit Manager support on administrative topics and office management

We expect you to have

• Commercial vocational training
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Good knowledge of the ERP system Oracle – is a plus
• Good knowledge of Salesforce – is a plus
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Confident demeanor and friendly interaction with customers
• To be flexible and resilient, open-minded, interested and decisive.
