Job Description:

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Brand Management Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of the firm’s brand management function, with a focus on branded merchandise, brand platform support, and request coordination. We are an award-winning, data-driven Marketing, Brand and Communications, and Business Development team supporting one of the fastest growing and top law firms in the U.S. with a global reach.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Brand Management and working closely with Brand, Creative, Content, and Events teams, this role plays a critical operational role in ensuring the efficient execution of brand initiatives across the firm. The Specialist will manage the firm’s branded merchandise program (including online store and custom requests), support the Brand Center and digital asset ecosystem, and help coordinate a high volume of incoming brand and creative requests. This role requires a highly detail-oriented, organized individual who can manage multiple workflows while maintaining brand consistency and operational efficiency across all touchpoints. The Brand Management Specialist is essential to maintaining consistency, scalability, and a seamless stakeholder experience across all brand touchpoints.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Branded Merchandise Operations

  • Manage end-to-end operations of the firm’s branded merchandise program, including both online store and custom orders

  • Oversee inventory tracking, ordering, fulfillment, and ongoing maintenance of the online merchandise store

  • Coordinate custom merchandise requests across the firm, including intake, vendor coordination, production timelines, tracking, and delivery

  • Partner closely with internal teams to support merchandise needs tied to firm initiatives and events

  • Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and usage to support reporting and cost control

Brand Center & Digital Asset Support

  • Support ongoing maintenance and organization of the Brand Center and digital asset management platform

  • Assist with uploading, tagging, and organizing brand assets to ensure ease of access and usability

  • Help monitor platform usage and support user inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of platform workflows and processes

Brand Request Trafficking & Coordination

  • Assist in managing incoming brand and creative requests through the project management system

  • Support intake, briefing, and routing of requests to appropriate Brand, Creative, and Content team members

  • Help monitor request volume, timelines, and workflow to ensure efficient execution and adherence to service levels

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed to support delivery

Brand Operations & Governance Support

  • Support operational management of firm domains and trademarks, including coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors/partners

  • Assist with business card management and related brand standards oversight

  • Coordinate firm headshot operations, including scheduling, vendor coordination, asset tracking, and distribution support

  • Contribute to brand education and training efforts, including preparation of materials and coordination of sessions

  • Support special projects and operational initiatives as needed to enhance team efficiency, consistency, and scalability

  • Assist with quality control reviews to ensure adherence to brand standards across materials and platforms

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Between three to five (3–5) years of experience in brand management, marketing operations, creative operations, or a related field

  • Proven experience in a junior-level marketing, brand, or operations role, preferably within professional services, corporate environments, or agencies

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows and high-volume requests

  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement

  • Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Wrike or similar) and digital asset management platforms is a plus

  • Familiarity with branded merchandise, vendor coordination, or production processes preferred

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage high-volume, multi-step processes

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a service-oriented mindset

  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and adapt

     Target Hiring Range $102,000 - $136,000


Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWS provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work. Full time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
