Commis 2 - 5-Star Luxury Hotel

Apt Resources is currently seeking a dedicated Commis 2 to join the culinary team of a prestigious 5-Star Luxury Hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences by assisting in the preparation and cooking of various dishes under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking dishes in line with the hotel's standards and recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations.
• Ensure all food preparation meets hygiene and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
• Follow instructions from chefs and contribute to maintaining quality throughout the food preparation process.
• Previous experience as a Commis 2 in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant preferred.
• Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.
• Must be currently in UAE
