Job Summary

This Physical Therapist Assistant role is with a PT-owned outpatient orthopedic office in Hallandale Beach, FL . The PTA will work closely with Physical Therapists to deliver treatment programs for patients recovering from injuries, pain, surgery, and movement limitations.

The clinic offers a patient pace of 2 patients per hour , along with flexible scheduling and full benefits.

Role Highlights

• Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year
• Schedule: 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office
• Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour
• Clinic Type: PT-owned

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment interventions under PT supervision
• Guide patients through strengthening, mobility, balance, and flexibility exercises
• Assist with functional training and gait activities
• Monitor how patients respond during treatment
• Communicate changes, concerns, or progress to the PT
• Reinforce home exercise programs
• Complete accurate daily documentation
• Support a clean and organized treatment environment
• Active Florida PTA License
• PTA Degree
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates are welcome to apply
