Delivery Driver and Brand Ambassador

Tykel Commercial Door Supply Inc. is a trusted supplier of commercial doors, hollow metal frames, glazing, and hardware, serving construction and trade customers throughout Southwestern Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area. As a Delivery Driver and Brand Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely, safe, and reliable delivery of materials to job sites and customer locations, while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.

Key responsibilities include

• Safely pick up and deliver commercial hollow metal frames, doors, glazing, and hardware across Southwestern Ontario and the GTA
• Handle materials at job sites and warehouses, including loading and securing cargo
• Assist warehouse team with loading materials into the vehicle and independently off-load at customer locations
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation in a fast-paced environment
• Complete motor vehicle safety inspections before and after routes
• Act as a frontline brand ambassador by providing professional, reliable customer service, clear communication, and problem-solving
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, site supervisors, warehouse staff, and customers
• Address customer questions and concerns, ensuring customers feel supported and valued

Required Qualifications

• Experience operating medium to large commercial vehicles (such as a 26’ box truck)
• Ability to load, secure, and independently off-load commercial materials at customer sites
• Experience maintaining delivery documentation in fast-paced environments
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Valid Ontario G driver’s license
• English proficiency sufficient for customer and job-site communication
• Clean driving record suitable for a driver’s abstract (no major violations)
• Has safety boots, PPE, and a smartphone

Preferred Qualifications

• Available to start on or near August 1
• Compensation expectations at $22/hour
• $22/hour, based on experience
• Monthly phone compensation
• Training provided for the right candidate
• Consistent Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Home nightly with same-day delivery routes
