Greater Detroit Area | Private Residence | Full-Time (Personal Hire)

Are you exceptionally organized, discreet, and skilled at running a household so the person you support never has to think about the details?

Do you want a private, high-trust role where reliability and good judgment matter more than anything else?

This is a personal hire to manage the private household of Joumana Kayrouz. It is not a law firm position. We are looking for a Household Manager / Domestic Assistant who is dependable, discreet, and able to keep a home and personal logistics running smoothly with very little oversight.

The right person is proactive, low-drama, and takes pride in handling things quietly and well. You will manage day-to-day household operations, coordinate vendors and service providers, and handle errands and scheduling so daily life runs without friction.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee day-to-day household operations and organization
  • Coordinate and supervise vendors, service providers, and repairs
  • Manage household scheduling, appointments, and reminders
  • Run errands and handle personal shopping and supplies
  • Keep the home organized, stocked, and well maintained
  • Coordinate the household calendar and family logistics as needed
  • Manage deliveries, mail, and household administrative tasks
  • Assist with event preparation and travel logistics when needed
  • Handle personal and household matters with complete confidentiality

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a household manager, personal assistant, estate manager, or in a similar private-service role — experience is the key requirement for this position
  • Outstanding reliability, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Strong organization and the ability to manage many moving parts at once
  • Flexibility and sound judgment in a private home setting
  • A calm, low-drama, service-minded approach
  • Trustworthiness with access to a private residence and personal information
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • References from prior private or domestic roles
  • Comfort working independently with minimal supervision

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $65,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience
  • Schedule, paid time off, and any benefits to be confirmed (personal hire, terms may differ from firm staff)
