What You’ll Be Doing

• Evaluate patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-surgical, and sports-related needs
• Build personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and functional limitations
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, functional training, and mobility work
• Track outcomes and adjust plans of care as patients progress
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and movement strategies
• Document evaluations, treatment notes, progress updates, and discharges
• Work with PTAs and clinic staff to keep care consistent and organized
• Active Florida Physical Therapist License
• DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Interest in orthopedic outpatient care
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Location: Boca Raton, FL
• Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience
• Schedule: Flexible — 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office
• Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour
• Clinic: PT-owned
