Orthopedic Physical Therapist – Delray Beach, FL | $90K–$110K

The Opportunity

A PT-owned outpatient orthopedic clinic in Delray Beach, Florida is adding a Physical Therapist to its team. This position offers a strong salary range, full benefits, and schedule flexibility while keeping the treatment pace manageable.

You’ll work with patients who need help recovering from injury, surgery, pain, stiffness, weakness, and movement limitations. The daily focus is practical: evaluate well, treat effectively, and help patients return to better function.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year Schedule: 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office Clinic Type: PT-owned Benefits: Full benefits package

Core Responsibilities

  • Perform physical therapy evaluations and reassessments
  • Create care plans for orthopedic and outpatient rehab patients
  • Treat post-operative, injury-related, and general musculoskeletal conditions
  • Use therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, gait training, balance work, and functional activities
  • Guide patients through recovery goals and home programs
  • Modify treatment plans based on patient response
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Supervise PTA involvement when appropriate
  • Florida PT License
  • DPT or MSPT Degree
  • Outpatient experience preferred
